I ordered stuff back in the beginning of October and I still have not gotten a shipping information. I emailed them and called them with no response on my emails and nothing on the calls just got a voicemail message. I’m very disappointed with their shipping and customer service. Never experienced this anywhere else before. 😫😤

It's frustrating for sure. I've been trying to return a few things, and have n't heard anything.

I ordered the orange pumpkin tote on 10/07, received it on 10/19, and used it to hold our Halloween candy in here at our home. It's a shame they weren't able to get all of the pumpkin tote orders out in time but I assume it has to do with delays happening to most sellers these days. I think they would make great Easter totes or maybe just put them away for next Halloween. Great Lug haul and thank you for sharing.

Your video is helping me be patient regarding the delayed shipping. I ordered for the first time on 10/26 so I'm guessing I may not see anything until the end of November! Very disappointing indeed. I'll get the statement for this before I get the product 🙁! May not order from them again, we'll see. Thank you.

Yeah, its frustrating when it takes so long... especially when you don't hear any updates! I hope you're pleased with your order... no matter when it arrives!

Ill agree with you. Some of my order was a gift for a birthday. So it was a bit disappointing and after contacting customer service and no reply it annoyed me to no end.

Yes. 100%. Now I am looking to return the pumpkin totes, and no one is responding either.

Great haul! Still waiting on my pumpkin week order. I received one box of pens yesterday, but not sure when I will get the rest of my large order. It is getting a little frustrating now that it is Nov. 5 and nothing.

I totally understand. Hopefully when they arrive, you're happy enough to forgive the delay? maybe?

I knew they would suck at shipping things out so I ordered my pumpkin bag in September when they first put them up. Got it 4 days later and was able to have it out for the whole month of October. I wonder if they will ever get their act together with the shipping issues?

I seriously considered it! BUT I just couldn't justify the $$$ when I wasn't sure how I would use it! My daughters would like it, but they both got new Vera Bradley backpacks this year-- so i cant replace them already! plus the VB backpacks can last 3 years in elementary school!
