I have played 2-4. Like them but not a fan of the 3rd person. Much better then most of them but I feel you should NEVER be able to see around a corner, or other obstacle without the enemy being able to see you. 3:15. Think how much more scary that would be if you actually had to lean out to see down the trench and the enemy was 75 feet away looking right at you. With this: nah I will stop 3 feet behind the corner and rotate the camera and viola there is the bad guy is sight with no way for them to see you! Great vid though!

Have played the missions dozens of times with the hardest setting..now just use much modified pistol.. amazing how I still find areas I hadn’t seen before… it’s a master piece… when six comes out…ill buy it. 😊

I bought the first Sniper Elite... Loved it. Played it to death. Ive played the 2nd Sniper Elite at a buddies house. Ive never been interested enough to even look at the others.

I love this series, in a game world dominated with cutscenes and follow the arrow, these games do not get the credit they deserve. You get an intro to the mission and off you go the rest is up to you, sadly hard to find games like this these days. I turn the X-ray off i find it a bit childish, I also turn the music off so you can use your ears this adds a layer of realism. If you crank the difficulty all the way up, every enemy is a challenge and you have to think everything through, just my kind of game, literally spent ages sitting still in cover trying to work out what to do next, the tension is brilliant. Want a challenge then try clear a level with non lethal takedowns (except kill list of course) and maximum stealth. Good value from these games.

I see you love them as well but yea you don’t see too much of just stealth with minimal kills unless it’s a splinter cell game.

Not really a fun of the suppressor and semi automatic handgun. I feel like it leaves out most of the challenge of the third and fourth chapter where you had to wait for ambient noise to cover your shot or not shot at all and avoid unnecessary engagements. Like this it feels more like ghost recon. Still fun to play, but not the same vibes.

Ridiculous that no Germans never investigate the explosions you create. In real life the area would quickly be swarming with soldiers so you wouldn't be able to wander about like this. A game is all this is and a highly unrealistic one at that.

In fact, in this game, the Germans are very attentive to various noises. At the end of the mission, there just aren't that many of them left anymore. Also, I didn't stay in the blast sites to see them checking out the area.

First of all, there are huge rifles in the world that are commensurate in size with the average human height, and secondly, these are WWII weapons, back then they didn't really care about the size of the rifle. And thirdly, the rifle in this video is not bigger than the character, it just visually looks that way.

Sniper Elite 5 is so so boring & so easy to complete. No Authentic plus & the fact you can change your weapons throughout missions was a poor choice by the makers. You pick your weapons at the start & that should be it. Ill stick to SE 3 & 4 far better & enjoyable

Only because there are no competitive sniper games in WW2! SGW is way better in distance fighting! 150meter (300meter is nearly impossible without this fucking aim assist) for a realistic take down shot compared to 2000meter shots?
