Luigi is a high level, electric demon who also reflects fire. Although a bit weaker than the demon Mario, he’s far faster thanks to his high agility stat and is the only demon who can receive the strongest lightning skill in the game, the ‘Thunderhand.’ Getting Lightning Boost on him makes him viable for end-game with ease, allowing him to deal super high damage to both Merkabah and Lucifer.

@@invisibleair2156 it used to be exclusive to "SMT 4: Superstar Saga", but was eventually added into "SMT 4: New Soup" and became a series staple. You're probably playing "SMT 4: Partners in Time", which doesn't have it, and instead has a Fusion skill with Baby Luigi that does x1.5 the damage of Thunderhand, called Thunder Raid. Of course, being a fusion skill means you need both Luigi and Baby Luigi in your party to use it, which makes it compromise your team positioning, as both of them are weak to the same element, but it's a very high damaging move that would be worth using.

Also, unlike most demons, Luigi’s Do Nothing is a direct attack and is a guaranteed crit and 9999 damage no matter what.

I recruited a demon and with a special skill from Burroughs, the demon brought a friend... it was Mario. With Mario on the party, you don't need to negociate with Luigi, but you still need to understand his confirmation, therefore: Hello Mario. That's how you get that dialogue

I am playing smt4 for the first time right now, and Lilith lowkey making a lot of Sense i am regreting sparing some bosses life because my alligment is on law

Personally I usually go neutral route on most Megaten games I play with a few exceptions, however I understand why some people would not want to do the neutral route in smt4 as it's kind of a pain in the ass to keep track of your alignment score. If you beat the game and don't like law route I recommend doing a new game + run for neutral on the newly unlocked Master mode.
