You've made more than a dent, Brendan. I recommend your videos to anyone I notice struggling with back issues and pain because it's the only thing that's been helpful for me after 5 years of struggling

How many guys have u heard back from with results? I do the same but just randoms who I don’t see again and I come across a bit odd lol. A lower back that can handle almost anything u demand of it should be taught at trade school or before kids old enough to get their first part time job. I focused on getting 220pound barbell back squat and only took me 2 months once set the habit. Then laboring job that would have been a killer was like working at Kmart. Confidence went way up.

This program helped me the most, i spent tons of money and time figuring out how to fix my back. I was super scared and did not have money for a back surgery. I couldnt even walk for more than 5min the first month i injured my back. The program you created healed 90% of my problem, i went from pain of 9/10 to 2 within 2 months. Im also in my twenties also and was pretty active in gym and i felt like my life ended when i got the herniated disc and bad sciatica injury. I was afraid that i cant go to work anymore, cant even walk or jog a mile, couldnt even lift 45-50lbs without feeling tons of pain. I wasnt suicidal but i did feel down for those 2 months, glad i saw your program and it healed most of my back problems. Just as you said, itll take 6months to 1yr to heal most of the problems and that is 100% true, been working at it every 2days to fully heal and never have this problem ever again

I WAS GOING TO ASK YOU ABOUT LUIGI. On a serious note, thank you for all your insights. You've seriously given me hope when I almost gave up. I wish luigi would have stumbled upon your content. Freedom of movement is so important for a fulfilling existence. I dream of a world where this knowledge and practice of slowly training the back directly is more accepted as the norm. Much peace and love, enjoy the holidays ❤

This is the soul of a god damn hero. I remember when I was an emt, I was talking to one of the veteran members about how many calls hes been on and toward the end, I said "It must feel pretty good, knowing you've saved so many lives". He started tearing up and said "Nowhere near enough, son". I will never forget the way that mans face broke and contorted to try and hold back the tears. From the outside, people will remark at the lives you've saved, but inside, you know how many javent been reached and it kills you. I have the same experience with hunanitarian work. I have worked on 14 well installs in remote african villages, helped rebuild Haiti, responded to the floods in Bangladesh, and more domestic American relief efforts than I can recall. I know so many people are touched by my work, and yet, it breaks me knowing there are still Haitian children without a roof over their heads, African children still walking miles for drinking water, Bangladeshi families that were devastated by the tsunami and we never got to help them, etc. The world needs more people like Brendan.

I went through a herniated disc (L5 S1) and had the surgery but low back constantly goes out and wrecks me for a few days. Found LBA and started. After a month my back is already healing and becoming pain free. But during the past 2.5 years only one person asked how my mental health was. I wasn’t close to him so I said fine. But that really stuck with me.

More than a dent but there is so much more out there for you and crew. Definitely helped me recognize my s.h.i.t back needs it's own musculature brace with reps that will target the weakness that lead to the injury in the first place. I wouldn't wish a low back injury even on an enemy after feeling what it can do. I'm sure I say for a lot of folks you've gotten in the face of many people who didn't even know how to approach personal rehabilitation and you've done a great job man!

My backs gotten so bad I can’t sleep more than a couple hours and it’s only because the flexaril knocks you out then I wake up in pain 😂😂. Just funny cuz we know there’s nothing we can do haha that’s just life but I feel blessed I still am at a capability of doing a program like yours

Dude, I am one of those. I contemplated suicide because I thought I would be in excruciating pain the rest of my life. No sleep was probably the biggest contributor. Due to my constant searing agony I was never able to position myself for relief. After trying everything l finally qualified for disk surgery and my life has not been the same since. I use your videos now to strengthen my core and back. I’ve not been the same since and am able to enjoy life now. My first child is due in February. Thank you.

I'm a veteran and have dealt with back stuff for a long time. I can confirm there have been a lot of times I've felt hopeless because of it that death seems like the only relief. I did a fusion 10 months ago. Now I'm feeling the numbness again but in the other side. I'll die before i do another surgery.

It’s crazy how GOD works in the craziest way! I’ve been struggling with lower back pain, disc bulge issues for over 10 years. Through trial and error, chiropractic care, hot yoga, etc…. I was able to slowly get the pain to subside. It wasn’t until a miracle or god leading me and guiding me to information that I started to strengthen my back with back extensions, Lower body mobility and strength training. I discovered the knees over toes guy like after the pandemic and realized that I was doing all the eight things to strengthening my back. I started doing pistol squat variations and rib raises, Jefferson curls (light weights) and other exercises to strengthen my weak hip abductors and adductors as well as glute med and hip flexors that I saw the greatest improvements! Now I can safely do squat PRs and RDLs and everything other load bearing compound exercises with no lingering pain. This program works and please don’t opt for back surgery! I’ve only heard horror stories from back surgery! ❤

Yeah but how hard can it be to correctly copy a name? It's ng, not gn. In italian, gn is a digraph (ie, two letters that put one after the other make a single, third sound, like english th sh ch) whereas ng is two juxtaposed sounds. Additionally, that i after the g is in turn in a digraph with it, signifying a switch from velar stop (k/g) to alveolo-palatal affricate (tsh/dzh) whereas it'd be completely redundant to put it after gn which is, itself, an "averaged out" assimilation of the velar stop g and the alveolar nasal n into a single palatal nasal held twice as long, ie it already has, from just its ancestral consonants, the effect that an i would have. So, if it was gn, it'd be magnone (which is a dialectal way of saying the same thing as mangione), not magnione
