Say, what’s the maximum number times you can slam a boo in a row? I managed to get it down from 20 to 7 HP after timing my slams correctly before getting the super suction upgrade. I was thinking of leaving them alone until I get the super suction upgrade so I can slam them as many times as possible to get the maximum amount of money out of them.

I am in the Fitness Center, and I can’t get Booccaneer to appear in the Spectral Catch. I may have to beat the game in order for the Boos on floors 12-14 to appear, but I want to make sure that beating the game will not render any other Boos uncapturable. Does anybody know about this? Why isn’t this caveat mentioned in any walkthroughs?

Update: I had been missing the Boos on floors 2, 4, 5, 6, and 10. I had already found the Boo on floor 11. Once I found them, the Boos on floors 12-14 appeared in quick succession. 11 does seem like a weird floor number to base a prerequisite on.

theyre not always in the exact location. they have several different hiding spots they could be at while in a room. also gotta keep in mind if you check the wrong item they run and switch spots.

I think he’s asking why they leave the room when he sees them. Well the answer to your question, Idk Idk, is that you have to feel the strongest vibration in the room they’re in. A more simple explanation is that you have to find the exact place in the room they’re hiding in when you feel the rumble. If you find the their hiding spot, you can capture them. Or you’re actually ignorant.

The thing with showing you the boo location is useless. The boos show up in random spots. To done then, special music plays is you are in the right room, and gooigi vibrates more the closer you are to the object the boo is hiding in. I hope that helps
