So it’s confirmed. Chauncey and Bogmire can’t be done in one shot, so you can’t get their prefect photos.

Wrong answer. In fact, the number of vacuum shots doesn't matter for Chauncey, Bogmire, and King Boo, who are Bosses. Whereas, Portrait Ghosts, like Neville, DO have to be done in one go.

@@danielclark4880 If I recall correctly, Boss Ghost frames are based on how much HP you have at the end of the battle.

⁠@@ratchetanon1074correct! Boss frames are based on how much health is lost/ended with for the fight. It’s slightly different in the 3ds version but generally if you get lowered to 80 health roughly you’d get the highest rank. Any more and you get silver. Lose all the way down to 60-40 and you get bronze. Suction time doesn’t matter

try to tilt the gamepad stick in the same direction if Luigi is tripping forward. So you don't lose your balance. You have to react very fast. Hope it helps.
