The end of this game is just too friggin' precious! I remember getting this game for Christmas when I was young, and it made me so happy! When I started up the game, I was introduced to the beginning cutscene, and the first level. I remember beating the game for the first time, and I could not describe how happy it made me. This game has good graphics, good plot, pretty much good everything! And now, in 2019, I have beaten the game over six times... It never gets old. :)

I love the ghost personalities in the original luigi's mansion, but the graphics in luigi's mansion dark moon are way better. By the way how come in the luigi's mansion series bowser doesn't capture princess peach? Bowser should totally get tips from king boo because at least king boo can actually defeat mario. Ridiculously late comment, but I think Mario shows less emotion on a character level because Nintendo wants him to be a kind of “Everyman”s Character”. Of course, Mario has mannerisms and shows a certain amount of emotion and character, but I think, for the most part, that Mario is supposed to be accessible by being a little more of a character you can express yourself through. In other words, Mario is the player in his games, whoever it may be.

Honestly don't know which one is better. First one was more cohesive, but this game felt much more structured and had much more personality and charm. The first game was basically a (really good) haunted house dark ride simulator. Each game has their strengths and weaknesses, mostly due to one being on console and one on portable, but both are great games and _excellent_ tech demos.

Me too i thought that the ending cutscenes were the cutest and best in nintendo but thats my opinion though. I actually played it with ZackScott not co-op but i would get my 3ds and i would put his video on while i played and copied him i am very thankful for that because i wouldnt be able to find all gems in treachourous mansion without him. I totally recommend this game i love the character and personality of luigi. I also hope this is canon and luigi actually keeps the polterpup and in a future mario game you could go in evershade valley and go into luigis house and see the picture and the dog house that you see in the gloomy manor in the front yard so yeah i think this i a very good game like comment and subscribe!!'

This was a very fun watch, the only thing I don't like about it is how it feels less open. The missions really take the open world out of it and the money still being in the same place each mission just feels a bit worthless. If they do make another Luigi's Mansion game, I can only hope it takes out the 'missions' and puts in the open worldliness properties of the first game.

Love this game. I like it even more than the first game. Does it have its flaws? Sure. Its repetitive, predictable, and the various locations don't leave the same kind of impact the original mansion did. But, it's a very smart game. The puzzles were great, and it really promoted exploration and experimentation (except for a certain...wild ride...), much more so than the first game. I also love the cut scenes sprinkled throughout. I don't know how the animators did it, but they managed to give Luigi facial expressions that were somehow simultaneously cartoony and subtle, and these really added to his personality. And King Boo was just great. Even with only one real moment of dialogue, he still comes across as a powerful presence, ESPECIALLY in the opening of E-2 and E-3. And even though we know it's him, thanks to the game's opening cut-scene, we get to watch Luigi and E-Gadd come to the horrible realization that the King of Boos is back with a vengeance thanks to the well-placed hints sprinkled throughout the game. I just wish they did more with him. Like, how DID he escape, how DID he trap Mario in a painting. How DID he managed to give his underlings the power of the Spirit Balls? What will E-Gadd do with King Boo and his followers? The game doesn't address these, and that makes me a little sad. But, overall this was a fantastic game and I loved playing it.

I just finished rewatching this entire series of Zackscott's Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon 11 years later. I believe I was around 8 or 9 years old when I first started watching Zackscott's series of Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon. Im 19 years old now and I gotta say, rewatching this entire series at this age brought so many heartwarming memories back I lowkey wanted to cry, especially with the Staff Credits music at the end credits playing, but didnt, my heart was full of joy and full of nostalgic memories. Its been so long since I watched this series and played this game. There were so many moments throughout the series that just made me laugh so much, and looking at what levels or bosses that scared me the most when playing this when i was little that it brought back so many memories I had when I was kid playing this game. Im glad I still have my Nintendo 3DS, I really want to come back and play this Masterpiece again, especially since its Spooky season right now. Im so happy to find out that Zackscotts revisisted Luigis Mansion 2 Dark Moon HD and played the entire thing just a couple of months ago this year. I need to watch that entire thing, and am going to be so happy see him play this Masterpiece 11 years later, this is truly a wish come true watching this series as a kid, fast forward years later, Zackscott revisiting/replaying Luigis Mansion 2 once again after 11 years....
