lethal tempo don't work with garen's E. By the way, the triforce also does not stack with his E. Even if you stack triforce before E, the charges will begin to subside while you are spinning.

If you build rapid fire cannon on udyr he can dash forward with his e. You can even dash through walls with it, provided an enemy is against the wall and you have vision

Yes cause he didn't really see teemo coming . Also he messed up , because malph saw teemo coming and used Q on Garen to get movement speed to run away
