Ive experimented with this new ksante, the item that gives you health back with doing dmg to surrounding enemies is very insane, with second wind and 5% extra healing powr rune you just go in and go back when ur low health and slowly come back to 70% health. I tried the aftershock with jak sho, with a r-w combo that deals a freaking 1500 burst dmg , imagine getting the aftershock armor and mr boost and than transform all that armor and mr into a 2 seconds quick burst of almost 22% true dmg hit
