Think of it like this though man. Rayquaza has atleast lorewise already fought them both and stopped their fight. Now for refrence in a pack of wolves if two betas get into a fight and the alpha breaks it up by force the times after that when it occurs the alpha doesnt need to fight them afterwords. Its growls and barks will end it. Or say you get in a fight with your sibling and your Dad whoops both yalls asses to stop it. Yall aint gonna keep fighting next time he comes round tell you ti break it up.
