"El Arlequin" has two sections that include elements of two poetic composition forms in the folkloric musical language of Argentina. In the first section, a passage is inspired in the "Vidala" form and in the second, a "Zamba"
The "Vidala", originated in the Northwestern region of Argentina. It can be performed with a guitar but mostly, with a percussion instrument called the "caja chayera", and a singer that includes verses, with a melancholic spirit.
