Since I feel you do enjoy deeply the smooth glides in melodies (6:38 on), I recommend (not necessarily for reaction, but for your personal delight), Luis Miguel's "No me platiques más", "Se te olvida" (or "La Mentira"), "Más allá de todo". Boleros were adapted with exquisite arrangements for his albums of the "Romance" series. In spite of that, from the 1988 album "Busca una mujer" on, his ballads were soul-full and beauty-full, due to the fact that composer Juan Carlos Calderón was involved (indeed LM wanted to work with him, led by admiration to his work). Composer Armando Manzanero's contribution was remarkable, too. A convergence of virtuosos. As I see and feel, there's no artist who embodies/enfleshes impeccability as Luis Miguel does.
