I agree that Canada is the clear, precise answer for the top 5. However, I wonder why Ukraine won. Perhaps the judges considered the attitude and interest of each contestant in their advocacy, and they saw it in Miss Ukraine but didn't see it in Miss Canada. We don't know for sure because there may have been a pre-pageant activity where Miss Canada did not perform well.

Or it could also be their scores for the other performances like Evening gown and Swim if there was swimsuit competition. If we only base it on their final answers, Canada and Philippines should be the last 2 girls standing.

Nothing wrong with being eloquent but for me Ukraine did a good job, when she stated virtue as a quality I loved how she went indepth....love it or not she was the best.. Philippines did well but her answer patterns looked similar, I had to even go back to the top 10 q and a to verify if they made mistakes by asking her same questions twice but it was not....her dress was outstanding nevertheless I'm comfortable with Ukraine winning

Eloquent is very very important if your dream is to be an international ambassador. Coz each country you go as ambassador with lots language diversities with respect of each country's culture and to think English is a universal language. .how could you use Ukraine Language in every country you go meaning you bring always an interpreter. What if the native of that country talk to you. As beauty ambassador she should maintain a good communication skill and professional or eloquent (right grammar should be adhered) What is being a beautiful but you cant communicate where ever country.your mission as advocator. ..

As usual Luis P. is a good observant and excellent commentator..so recommendable. He just Judge on how the actual answer of each contestant when it comes to the substance of it. How it was delivered eloquently & spontaneously , especially the meat of the answer and the projection and gesture of each contestant how they talk or deliver their answers. . It's so very important in Q&A otherwise it will goes back to the organizers how quality is thier pagent especially in international arena. Pageant owner should look a good and professional judges like from different sector of the society...to maintain prestige & attain an excellent quality Pageant..

The only reason why they did not make PHilippimes win was that the organizers did not want to be accussed of always favoring the Philippines. Period!

I think Canada's score was pulled down bec of the other segments, im not sure if the scores were back to zero after the top 5 announcement, but she definity got a really good final answer. Chantal did great also, her answer was structured properly and the story telling is onpoint. Both could have been in the final 2. Ukraine's answer was mediocre, to be honest, she started strong but ended up weak.

To me, the answer of Ukraine is not that convincing enough. For a leader, she talks about virtues, what type of virtues? Is it good or bad virtue? Aside from that, she talks about empowernent...in short, if rating her from 1 to 10 as the highest, to me she's a 7.
