If Luka can stay consistent he could be better than bron statistically. Dude is a 30pt triple double machine that actually makes his team better. Remember the game bron had 23 15 17 if I’m remembering correctly. Luka had 2 less assists and bron broke a record. Luka reminds me of a bird and magic mix. He can see the floor so well and make the right play but, is super shifty with how he plays. Like you can guard him two different ways and he will find the best play too get around it. And remember Luka is already a champion in the second best league. He will be in this league soon no doubt. There is a reason why I chose the mavs as my team in the last two years playing pg.

One of the dumbest arguments from early Luka-doubters was "just look at Dragan Bender". Dragan Bender played a total of 7 games for a EuroLeague bottom feeder. In those games he tallied a *combined* 74 minutes, 15 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocks. Luka on the other hand, was the best player on the champion team, and the MVP of the entire tournament. It's literally comparing Amile Jefferson (Orlando. Never heard of him? Me neither. But he played 74 minutes and scored 15 points this season) to Giannis. Mindblowingly stupid comparison.

You are wrong about some European prospects. The biggest European superstars were drafted about potential, and they reach It, Dirk and giannis. Other players were drafted the same but they never became good, like hezonja or Bender, but no one of those players were good in Europe. Same happens with American players, sometimes you draft about potencial and it doesn't pay off (top picks who became bust). On the other side, there were players in Europe playing incredible well at early age, like Gasol or now Doncic, and they were also young and keep improving becoming all stars (for now). Ginibilli case is different since he wasnt that Young, but he was also pretty good in Europe and well for him kept improving in the NBA. Ricky Rubio case is weird since he was really REALLY GOOD at 14, but of course wasn't a star un Europe, nobody is at 14. So it was a hype players, but he didn't improve that much since then. Of course he is good, but no all star. And also he was never a star in Europe. Not at 14 nor at 19. Hope it helps Americans

3:47 you can say that, for multiple reasons: 1. Portland was tied, while Dallas was losing. If Dame missed, they'd go to overtime, if Luka missed, they'd lose the game. 2. Portland lead 3-1, while Dallas was losing 1-2 in the serjes. If Dame missed that, and hypothetically lost in overtime, Portland would still be up 3-2. If Luka missed, it would've been 1-3 for the Clippers. 3. Dame was an experienced NBA veteran when he took his shot, while Luka was a sophomore. Dame's shot was more impressive, but Luka's stakes were much higher and he had much more to lose, making the shot more clutch than Dame's in my opinion.

Go watch his highlights from Real Madrid to see those Jordan moves. 1-Luka emulates Jordans switch hands lay up against Sam Perkins vs.the Lakers in the 91 NBA finals. 2-Luka emulates Jordans crossover on Brian Russel to hit GW vs.Jazz in Bulls last title.
