I think the problem with this song is that the entire time you are waiting for it to kind of get bigger and hit that part of the song where they all go hard, and instead you get this kind of weird minimalist pop sound where it stays the same intensity the whole time but they change up the rhythm and instruments and pronunciation. Overall it leaves me feeling rather nonplussed because on one hand I really like the lyrics and the instruments and the singers voice but at the same time I am also just confused and disappointed in what they did with it. If there was a button between the like and dislike I’d be hitting it.

Yeah I prefer the live sounding they did on the Periscope because I love how raw the instrumentation was. On the studio recording they released on like soundcloud, it dosent feel the same :(

@@emilio556 That's what separate's a good performer from a great performer is being able to sound just as good or better then the studio version. I hate that most of these popular groups can't and don't perform live it's mostly all lip syncing and if I went to a live show and whoever I went to see was not actually singing live I'd be so disappointed. It's unfortunate almost all of the huge R&B, Hip-hop, Pop, and whatever else use autotune and would sound like crap without it but someone with 100 times the signing capability don't get the recognition they deserve.
