Congrats on this transfer Arsenal. Lukas is a great player,but he certainly needs some pressure to show top performances. Great guy, i'm sure the Fans will love him. (Bearing in mind FC Koln is the that great a team (no disrespect), but he would prosper with better players around him, such as RVP, Arteta, Song, The Ox) Also, For the National side, he has scored 43 goals in 91 appearances, another sensational return, taking into account he often plays out wide of a front 3. I think Podolski has realized that if he ever want's to play at a real top club again he must move this summer. If he renews his contract with Köln he will get a big price and only few clubs will be interested in him. It's now or never for him.
