How do you sin against a God or a law that you were never given? How is one responsible for the curse they were born into?

Turn around and do penance, leave the sins that have destroyed people in previous generations. Forgive them and live by God's grace. That is the way to freedom!

The real moral behind the story is that no one, not even Yahweh is going to step in and save people on earth, but if you have trust in this ideology, you will be rewarded or punished after death. It's really sad to be honest.

Yahweh is saving people in this life all the time, through His human incarnation, Yeshuah. I'm one of them. I was hurting like you, I leveled the same accusations against Almighty God. But He saved me. Seek Him in truth, not bitterness.

@@andrewmiles2370 you're not getting what I'm saying. Yahweh and Jesus don't show up and save people in this life. People suffer and die all day every day. Starvation, disease, natural disasters, etc. They aren't showing up. All you get is a promise for something more after this life.

@@dustinellerbe4125 no, I'm afraid it is who you doesn't get what being saved looks like. Yeshuah saved me. He saved me wife. In this life. He protected us and rescued us from all manner of things that would have caused us harm, sickness, and death. He shows up daily for me, and Has protected me daily, and i trust that that He will continue to do so according to His will. But if He doesn't, that's okay, because most of all He saved us from a life of spiritual death, alienation from God, pointless existence, and ultimate condemnation. Even temporal suffering is therefore a blessing, as it brings me even closer to my Saviour, and gives me more opportunity for gratitude. And He is doing this all the time! May He open your eyes!

@andrewmiles2370 have you ever thought that you are lending credence to a book of stories that you want to be true? You act as if you are somehow more special than the 5 million kids under the age of 5 that die each year from starvation and disease.. if God intervenes, why doesn't he?? You sit there and attribute things going your way to a God, yet he doesn't show up for those who need him most. This is delusional thinking. Wake up to the whole world around you. All of the suffering, disease, famine, death, etc. This type of thinking is dangerous and selfish. I'm so special. God chose to help me.

Another moral of the story is that Yahweh is 10000000x worse than the judge you speak of in the story.

Man you are twisting the parable and the textual context so bad. The elect were like the widow. They needed god right then, but he didnt come yet, he was to come soon if they were to trust in him. When he came, then they would be saved from this garbage life.
