Oh how I miss simple country music like this. What a great voice, & surely gone from this world too soon. If you know anyone struggling with mental health issues, drugs, alcohol, do everything you can to help them get help. I know they have to want it, but seriously have some heart to heart talks with them. I don't even listen to modern country anymore. Patsy Cline has always been a favorite! Johnny Cash, Hank Sr. I love good blue grass also. I hope your in the arms of Jesus Luke!

Such a nice, smooth song from a super talented young singer. In a world of modern day pop country musicians that all sound the same, Luke kept it old school classic country. It’s tragic and sad he’s gone now. RIP, brother.

Like many others, I regret not knowing Luke’s music until after his untimely passing. He’s a true original in the spirit of Hank Williams Sr. I believe calling him a country singer is too limiting - he is also a blues vocalist of the highest order. Not to be superficial, but I also find him devastatingly attractive. He has a LOOK and a SOUND. Sending love out into the universe to Luke and the beautiful gift he left us all to appreciate.

Luke had bipolar disorder. He would be his happy-go-lucky self and like a lightswitch, turn into something all together different. He was very much aware of, and even candid about the disorder. He had sought out counseling and prescription medicines as well. Nothing had helped at the time but he did his best. Listen to his song, "Where've you been". He did an amazing job explaining it in his song. I knew him more than most but less than his closest friends. They say, in the blink of an eye, he would be having a good time and then... just disappear. Remember that when listening to the song. He is the friend who went out on the town, and ain't seen him since in the song.
