Luke's voice has no business being this good. Has to be top 7 voices in country music all time. Hard to beat the recognizable voices of Hank and Garth, but he's up there for sure.

Well,, my childhood best friend that I would ride home from school on my handlebars everyday and I reconnected after 25 years. I went into.the Marine Corps, she moved to Alabama. The last year plus we have shared the best love. She's highly damaged and is being cold. This song speaks to my heart. The thing is, I'll never leave.

@mikewood85612 жыл бұрын
The people that didn't like it have to be just pure Country Music haters. Lol. Some people, I know a few, just do not like country and won't even entertain the idea of listening to it to maybe try and like it. Oh well, their loss. Luke is going to be #1, for the next 20 years. Then you got Brett Young, Cody Johnson, Scotty Mccreery, Thomas Rhett, and the regulars like Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Zac Brown, FGL, etc. Those dudes are missing out on hall of fame music and entertainment.

He's definitely gonna be a legend up their with the likes of Hank Williams, Keith Whitley, George Strait, Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, etc. Brett Young is coming along fast now too. His lyrics are incredible. As far as a band? Brooks & Dunn, Zac Brown, and Florida Georgia Line are gonna be be legend status too although Brooks & Dunn are already there.

An ex girlfriend of mine messaged me the other day. And says she listens to this song and thinks about me often. Let me give everyone some advice if you broke up with someone and it was a mistake and you regret it. Call that person. Find out how they feel. Maybe they’ve tried to move on and nothing feels right. Maybe they moved on and are happy. But if you want to sit around and wonder for the rest of your life then don’t call. I guarantee you will never know what could have been if you don’t try. No matter how everything played out. Funny thing is I still love this woman even after all this time but I doubt she’ll ever take a chance to find out. Take a chance folks. So if you live in Austin TX and you think you made the biggest mistake of your life then call that guy. He just might surprise you with what he has to say.

Are you sitting at home all alone trying to fall asleep? Are you staring a hole through your phone praying that it rings? Are you watching a movie that you've seen a thousand times? Maybe playing some Mayer getting lost in your favorite lines? Well, if you're anything like me You just might be doing whatever it takes to drown out the noise But I just wanna hear your voice And I'm one number away from calling to you I said I was through, but I'm dying inside Got my head in a mess, girl, I confess I lied when I said, "I'm leaving and not coming back" Might be the whiskey or the midnight rain But everywhere I go I see your face In my brain, dial it up, everything I want to say But I'm still one number away Are you stuck at a red light with a Marlboro Light on your lips? Does the smoke in your mirror get clearer without my kiss? Are you changing the station replacing our favorite song? Maybe it's a mistake, hit the brakes, I'm moving on Well, if you're anything like me You just might be doing whatever it takes to outrun the storm But I'm almost out that door And I'm one number away from calling to you I said I was through, but I'm dying inside Got my head in a mess, girl, I confess I lied when I said, "I'm leaving and not coming back" Might be the whiskey or the midnight rain But everywhere I go I see your face In my brain, dial it up, everything I want to say But I'm still one number away Will you pick up when I call? Or just forget we loved at all? We don't have to talk, I just wanna hear your voice And I'm one number away from calling to you I said I was through, but I'm dying inside Got my head in a mess, girl, I confess I lied when I said, "I'm leaving and not coming back" Might be the whiskey or the midnight rain But everywhere I go I see your face In my brain, dial it up, everything I want to say But I'm still one number away Away, away Yes, you're one number away

This guy has soooo much talent and I love this song. I've known this one guy since I was 16 and we dated twice and it ended but we still had feelings for each other and I took a leap of faith and texted him and we're back together and everything is so great between us. He's older than me but he's a great man, a real man and watching the video for this song made me cry cause everything in that video was like a reflection of what happened when we dated the 2nd time, even the car accident but thank God I survived. He's so supportive and understanding. I really love him and we want the same things for our future. Never give up on the person you love. Talk and make it work!
