“At 31, a conversation led me to realize that despite the success and the money, an unhealthy lifestyle was what was plaguing so many people. That got me thinking-can I do something about it? Since I’d studied nutrition, I began consulting people. And that shift was the best decision of my life. From 20 patients, I jumped up to about 100 in less than a week. It was like life was just waiting for me to leave so I could give it all my focus.”
