Okay, that hug was like, delicious. A nice treat for us after more than a week of no Nuke goodness. Loving the way they are becoming more...physical, touchy... Overall, as great as five minutes can get without a full blown makeout scene ; ) it left me with a fuzzy feeling : )

I've recently tried to follow the soap after watching some clips of 'Nuke' on KZbin and you have no idea how excited I was to see Luke and Noah again. They were the reason I tried to even watch the soap in the first place. I'm going to have to watch podcasts now, since it's on at three where I live and I don't get out of school until three thirty. I'm addicted and will have to watch all the Nuke clips on KZbin now.

Amazing how we hadn't even SEEN Luke for all this time, even if all these things were happening at the farm. Not even a mention of him until now! FINALLY! The hug was adorable! 'I am so gonna get you back when you start dating boys' XD Luke is awesome! Good cover Noah! Luke was like 'Huh?' Then he got it and played along! 'Say it again!' 'Girls rule' XD 'You mean so those shrimps actually beat us?!' Wonderful scenes! No kiss, but the hug was very nice!

Two things: it's better to ask "is it serious?" or something like that when you learn someone is in the hospital. The fact that the person is in the hospital by definition means they are not OK. Second, the "are you two hugging" bit sounded like a snide remark from the writers to the network, because it was delivered like she caught them making out or something. Like "here we should write in a kiss, but since there are rules, let's put in a hug instead and keep the rest as it was".

I live in a home that doesn't accept gay people, so when I saw Luke's sisters walk in while Luke and Noah were holding each other, my automatic response was "Quick guys, move away! There are children here!" ...But why the hell should they? If a straight couple can show affection in the presence of children, why should a gay couple not be allowed the same thing? There's absolutely nothing wrong or dirty about being gay. I'm grateful to this show for reminding me that.

This show is getting on my nerves here. It's like, fine, I don't need Luke and Noah to jump into bed with each other (although come on, that age...? They're young, but they're not children!), but as it is, they hardly ever kiss on screen, and whenever they HUG or so much as HOLD HANDS, someone interrupts them within 2 seconds! It's getting to be really annoying.

i´m from a catholic latinamerican country, so for us is pretty normal not have sex at the first time we have the house 4 ourselves when u are starting a relationship, and gay couples not use to show their love in public neither; but i must agree that it´s extremely unrealistic not showing kisses in private moments, especially in USA where is pretty normal that teenagers get laid even in high school. The kissing ban got to ridiculous levels in this show, thanks god this got kind of fixed few months later.

This is a daytime network show created and funded by a company. Proctor and Gamble. So, nowadays they pander to us gays mercilessly...but back then they were terrified of the religious right/family values council people and their whining. DooL and OLtL are/weren't run by corporations but the network. So they could do more.

In Spain we had a soap opera called 'Al salir de clase' with a storyline like these you´re talking about '9 years ago' and at 3 p.m. There were kisses!!. It was really exciting to me because of the novelty of seeing that in tv(and because of my age of course). I will never forget it. Nowadays the actors are famous and perform on another prime time series and films (Alejo Sauras is relly hot). Love lot of things from the U.S. but I think in Europe we´re more advanced for these issues

Okay so apparently there was some kind of ludicrous ban on them kissing by the daytime television censors in the U.S. due to pressure from the religious right. This being the case I think it was brave of the show to stick with the storyline and these characters despite the audience of daytime television being mostly older sometimes elderly housewife types. It shows that despite American repression, shows like this help turn the tide.

I love Natalie and Faith in this scene. I even forgave the two of them for the interruption of the Nuke moment. Was it me or was Noah's hand starting to drift lower when they interrupted the moment? The scene with the board game, and the heart-to-heart after and Noah's confession...made me all warm and fuzzy inside. All the boy!touching was a little more than usual in today's episode

There is a soap opera in Spain, in Catalan, where the young gay guys met, had sex many times within weeks, and have already moved on to new relationships in the time this molasses story line has been dripping along. In the Hollyoaks soap in England, the two young gay guys had really hot sex many times within weeks, and a really heart-wrenching story line. Spain and England are already light-years ahead. This is the best the U.S. can do with a storyline about young gay guys? Sad.

yes, interrupted again, but at least this time it made sense within the storyline, and yes any couple would have played with the siblings over making out here, so today was good overall, and the girls were good today too. But I do wonder why Aaron is *almost* never with the family, at x-mas or wherever. He is Holden's son, after all. Just makes more sense to have Luke talking to his bro sometimes, rather than always being around the little girls.

Evan Walsh, he was the character the second person who won InTurn played, he was like lucindas nephew or something and he was working on some new project at the hospital that dusty was against (mainly bcuz chris hughes was parterned with evan and dusty didnt like chris) so evan killed dusty... but at his funeral his coffin was closed which most likely means dusty will reappear eventually ^_^ (it's a common soap opera cliche)

OK, A) There are so many more issues than mistrust and pregnancy in heterosexual relationship. They have to deal with self-doubt and insecurity too. You shouldn't oversimplify gay relationships. They are more than just the sum of homophobic pressures. B) Just because you're gay doesn't mean that the only person you can lean on is your partner.

I can totally understand where your frustration lies as well but the network has to maintain viewers, alot of which are domestic women and housewives usually with conservative surroundings. I agree the writers arent being totally honest with the characters but they have given their relationship a ton more depth than any soap I have seen in a long period.
