i am in tears. But seriosly how is this going to work. They have to inform all their friends & family to play along. But most of all Luke & Noah have to spend at least 2 years (thats how long i heard it takes) not being couply together in public together. No more hugging, coffee, meals, dancing, walks round the pond, and more than ever kissing. Surely Holden will ask Luke how does he feel REALLY. I hope we get a scene like this.

you're right. and the irony woven into this is that if the love of your life is from another country, and you're both men, then you can't do what they just did here...i.e., you can't marry them and thus be able to live together. This happened to me in my life. I lost the ability to be with the person I really should have been with...because I'm U.S. and he was German.

The beginning of the end...this is where I start to get annoyed with Noah. Before this moment, Noah had only hurt Luke because he was scared to admit to who he was. I can relate to that. That's hard stuff. But this...go ahead and be kind to Ameera. Try to save her life - that's terrific and admirable. Find someone to marry her (how about Casey!) But all this ultimately hurts Luke and watching Noah constantly putting her first...grr...

and when did u start to get annoyed with luke?? because before this luke hurt noah too. To be honest, i think people who got annoyed with one of this characters and kept those feelings through the whole story are just partialized, both did stupid things and wonderful supporting acts of love and understanding. People like more a character with whom they can relate, but by the end of the show i just read some outrageous things that i never expected, honestly.

rodolfoyoel Oh, I got annoyed with Luke plenty of times, but he gave his heart to Noah from the get-go, whereas Noah was always in and out the door, depending on how Luke acted. And I wasn't always annoyed with Noah. I was fully on team-Nike when Reid appeared on the scene (even though I wished Noah would stop pushing Luke away, like he did after Luke cheated on the election). Pushing Luke away when he was blind was totally understandable. If he hadn't pushed Luke away so many other times it would have been easier to get past. But even so, I was fully in support of a Nuke-reunion...until Reid began falling in love with Luke. When that happened he seemed to fall so completely for Luke that it captivated me, because he didn't seem to have one foot out the door the way Noah always seemed to.

that´s weird, if i´m not mistaken, reid try to run away from luke the first time he had the opportunity and it was noah who told luke that reid was leaving so he could go and get back his man. In other words, reid also run from his feelings and luke again was the one fighting 4 mantaining a relationship; imaging if luke and reid had to suffer all the heavy stuff that nuke had to endure. And about the pushing away thing... that was a common thing 4 both of them (apparently in the soap world that´s a natural response). Luke pushed noah away when he was paralized, pushed noah away when he thought holden was dead and pushed noah away when he thought damian was dead. i had no problem with luke having an affair or falling in love with somebody else, after all, he is pretty much like his mother, but i was extremely disgusted that he chose to hook up with the doctor of his blind ex-boyfriend behind his back, knowing that would hurt really bad and that also it was his doctor who put as a condition to perform the surgery the two of them remain separated. btw, i thought luke should break up with noah after what happened with ameera, if noah wanted his space he should have let him have it, sooner or later noah will realise how wrong he was and regret it. that would be his loss

@@rodolfoyoel Yes. Reid was unethical. He worked Luke and Noah like pawns on a chess board. When the dust cleared it all amounted to a bunch of nothing. A 9 month waste of time....relentless in its angst. And you're right, they turned Luke into Lily, or Meg. Looking for any man that shows the least bit of interest....thank goodness nothing happened...ATWT'S split fandom and screwed everyone. The whole Reid thing was just another Ameera...

he was trying to say he can never be with a woman because he have always known that he was gay. and if you will recall when he was dating mardy, he was living a lie. luke was scared he will feel something for ameera if they marry. i am a staight female but i understand where he is coming from. sometimes society dont accept who people fall in love with, so they hide their real feelings. i mean in noah case if only his dad accepted him in the first place. no one will have end up hurt.

The fact is that everyone knows that Luke and Noah are a couple. There might even be "Records" of it, like in a statement about the Col. trying to kill Luke because he was NOAH'S BOYFRIEND. The FBI or whoever could easily find out that Noah is gay when they go through both their back ground history when they investigate the marriage. Also, why would Noah and Ameera be living at Luke's house if they have no ties to Luke?BECAUSE THEY ARE BOYFRIENDS. They will find that out I bet after the wedding.

That was pretty much the end of Luke and Noah happy for now. She is definitely going to break them up. At least we will be able to see some major twists and turns in the Luke and Noah story that will equal more screen time. I wouldn't be suprised if she got pregnant.
