Luke Perry Tribute

My tribute to THE_MAN, Mr. Luke Perry! I love this dude and he will forever be the one and only Dylan McKay. Luke was such an underrated actor, and I felt it incredibly deep in my stomach when he passed away at such a young age. May he forever rest in peace.

Not that this is in any way about me, but I do truly appreciate those kind words. THANK YOU! I really did try to tell a story with the footage along with the music, using some of the strongest and most memorable clips of Luke Perry in 90210 (a show I absolutely love and grew up with!) I know that the man was in many other great things, but I felt it was most stylized to keep it within the 90210 realm. I really tried giving thought to this tribute, and it hurt like a son of a bitch when news broke that he'd passed away :-( Thanks again!!! And may he forever rest in peace :-(

Part of the reason he was such an underrated actor was because he was type casted and forever stuck as being viewed as Dylan. Beautiful video but a better tribute to him would have included pieces of work he has done outside of 90210.

Meg Rose Oh I definitely agree on that :-) But I wanted to keep this one “clean”, and therefor I decided only to go with 90210, because that’s how I grew up with him. And millions others have payed their tributs their way, so I did it my way ;-) But he was an incredible underrated actor. His role as Dylan McKay was nothing to be embarrased about though ;-)

I still cant belive it. I never would have made it through school if it wasnt for 90210 and the cast. It was a prime time soap Opera that everyone could relate to. RIP Luke.
