I have a dingo crossed with ridgeback and kelpie. She was a rescue from an aboriginal community in the far north NT . She needed a lot of training but now at 13.5 she is our girl zena who has come so far. Very loyal. Very protective in a quiet watchful way. And has chased off those who should not be here, welcome cruiser to the farm

Valerie that sounds like a crazy mix to me but I also am not used to being around any of those breeds in the US. There are some Ridgeback X that I have come across in shelters but in my area working breeds, let alone Dingos are rarely if ever seen. Las Vegas isn’t really a place for outside working dogs, not a lot of space and above 100° weather for most of the summer. I have gained so much knowledge from the channel on working breeds and what they require. I could never give to them what is needed. I’ll stick with the slower paced house hippos, what we call pit bull or Staffy mixes. One walk a day, throwing the ball around the house and a couple games of catch and it’s couch time. It sounds like you have given her a fabulous life, and in turn she has been loyal.

Bet Freddie hopes his mum never gives up her job. He has such a great life with all his mates. Hes so happy when theres toys being thrown into the water. Funny and cute how Rover’s tail curled around Shadow’s neck like a Shepards hook at 2:00. Wolfie looks much more toddler than a baby. He has grown so quickly. Looks like Rover has taken over Chopper’s sink the ball game in the dam. Cutie Pie playing tug a war and then stealing the hose away from Wolfie. Mom, binky's fall in the dirt, says Wolfie, but that just makes them taste more crunchy!! 😇Wolfie mimicking Shadow & her barking was so cute!!😂 He is a Big Boy now!!! Hope is getting braver and braver! Diesel is a "fish" in the pond! Love Wolfie with the hose sprayer....the pups loved it too! Happy Birthday to Hope and YES- she loved her BD cake!! Sam, you did a great job with the Pack while Luke was away. They know you're the Pack Leader when he is not there!! Loved how excited Wolfie was to see Dad on the Bus and of course all the Pups were racing to be 1st. Coming home is a great feeling!!! Even though I have automatic notifications on, some days I have to check to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I just love the little jolt of happiness I get from The Farm videos and the sweetness of all the pups and peeps. If I’m having a lonely day, my children are grown with kids of their own now, I have some go to favorites I turn to for a giggle or laugh. It’s a great afternoon pick me up.♥️♥️

Also have they ever been successfully introduced to a domesticated pack of house pets before? I have so many thoughts on this guy as I know next to nothing about Dingo’s so I’m gonna have to do some research on them. This is why I love this channel there is always new things to learn 🐾❤️🐾

If I read Cruiser’s story correctly ( Auntie Sam correct me if I’m wrong please) he was kidnapped from the wild. I don’t think he would be able to survive in the wild again. The stupid idiots that did that to him should be charged. I think because the farm is a rehabilitation facility now he might be able to keep him. He is imprinted on humans so it is a special situation.

hi Anna, just a few things about dingoes. They are our apex predator and like wolves are endangered and are persecuted because they are misunderstood. They aren't related to dogs or wolves and have their own status. Impressively, outback dingoes can go without water for up to 20 days. It's going to be interesting to see how he goes.

Sam you had this all under control and I never thought otherwise! The way Banjo diverted his eyes when you told him to knock it off, the look of a child being told to straighten up in front of his friends. Lily, her stick dancing, she really enjoys her afternoons inside with you. Hope and her tender kisses, then the licks on your neck. She is sure coming along with the women and showing interest in Wolfie. I am so thrilled she is showing affection to Cris, it’s like she realizes no one at The Farm is going to hurt her. I know it’s taken a long time for her to get there, the trauma was plenty inside her to begin with then the loss of her protector Faith. I was so excited to see you and Chris celebrate her Birthday like a girls afternoon out, except crashed by the boys too. Such a wonderful video, thank you so very much. It was sweet and tender, hopeful and happy. Just what I needed after crying my eyes out with Chancey Boy leaving.

I just read your Comment Sam, you've done a great job holding down the fort. What a wonderful surprise about Cruiser, I know he'll love his new family. Wolfie is growing very fast, his walking style has changed to now looking like a little boy instead of a bub. Hope keeping close to him is very sweet, and she's 3 🎂💖💖💖💖💖💖. The salad bar is thick and rich in good medicine. Lily got big stick then downsized 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. But then upsides, she's such a lovable card. I'm in suburbia, but we have many many very big Gum trees so have lots of kookaburras, parrots and Maggies so seeing the parrots do a fly past reminded of our wonderful flocks. Banjo took absolute notice of Sam's reprimand, probably thought he could get away with his naughtiness ☺☺☺☺☺. How special is that, Hope loving on Sam. 😍😍😍😘😘. Hurry up Mum, throw the piggy!!! Oh dear destruction of piggy. I love the conversations with Maggie. Talk about the onslaught for the cake, at least Sam was able to feed some to Hope. Tank really wants to play on the tramp, Wolfie loves the hose, he might be a firefighter 😁😁😁😁. He doesn't appreciate Cutey Pie's attack of the hose. THE BUS THE BUS. Excitement for everyone. It was so fantastic to see Hope go up to Kris for pats, and to bounce Sam for love. Tail wagging, engaging. Such a change from the scared dog who arrived at the Farm. And boy did she love her cake! It’s especially poignant as she prefers to eat in solitude, but she was eating with the other dogs all trying to eat her cake. I think MR has been secretly swimming in the dam, as she is a really good swimmer. She just likes to wade in gradually and so the pool life is not for her. MV has no idea what’s going on, really, but she has learned that where there are dogs barking in a group (to the extent that she can hear them) that that is where it action is. I don’t think I will ever see a stick without joy, as they are now forever linked to Lily and her special dance. The poor dingo looked overwhelmed - bit change for him. His rehab journey has begun.

It was particularly interesting to see how the pack interacted with Sam while Luke was out of town. And I noticed that Lilly sticks close to Sam, as she does with Luke. The other dogs checked back with Sam quite often to make sure she's there, that she's OK. Of course the dogs were impeccably behaved.

I just Love me some Lily.🥰💖 I noticed how Lily is always by Sam's side or by Wolfie. She's taken on/stepped up that guardian roll since Luke is away. Shadow also is making sure Wolfie is safe.
