Etc… This guy was a great great fighter. Can strike, wrestle and submit people. I respect him a lot

Sad to see him retire, but also happy for him to make the decision to do so for his own future moving forward. I think he still had one more run in him at 185, he's definitely still top 5/top 10 skill level at that class. Crazy to see his old self come out, even briefly, during his retirement fight. In his prime, he was a problem for everyone at 185.

Fatigue is probably the most demoralizing thing an athlete can deal with. Unlike other organized sports there are no substitutions. You either find a way to finish or give in to what your bodys screaming at you to do which is quit and Luke overcame that. Brilliant display of heart and a hell of a performance given the circumstances
