Rockholds fall from grace has been nothing short of spectacular. Since Bisping KO'D him and took the belt of him, his arrogance rapidly disappeared. Now I've went from wanting all of his opponents to smash his smug face in, to actually feeling sorry for him and kinda rooting for the guy. He showed true grit there, he definitely is a warrior and I actually wish him all the best now. Paulo Costa is no joke, he's one scary dude, and for the size of his muscles he's got brilliant cardio!
