Hi Grim can you put a link up for the source f the map at the begining have been looking in DCMS but can't find it (well can only find map by large areas not county.). Spent years living around the Wash area but but was into fishing then, never heard of detecting in the 60s & 70s

Wow that Philip Z Maria (Philip and Mary) coin is quite rare and from 1554-1558 too, so, only available for a short time too. She was known as Bloody Mary (if that rings a bell) amd attempted to reintroduce Catholicism to the UK fillowong her Father Henry VIIIs attempts to 'remove' it in favour of Protestantism... something which her sister Elizabeth I subsequently reversed. Looks to be in a little better condition than most ive seen online also. Cool find that man.
