Any Bank can freeze/Block your account without notice if you dont follow the T&Cs.

Very very scary. But surely this could happen with any bank? Not the way they treated you, bc courtesy should be standard, but I mean account closures. There is a fine line tho. Monzo has said that they've had to shut quite a few accounts for being fraudulent, and people make stuff up to try and get their accounts back. They do have to stick to banking regulations so I can see why they need to shut accounts that are being used for money laundering etc. But the way they treated you is not on

I am very reasonable too.. I get it.. happy to comply ... but inform me.. keep me updated.... they didn’t do this and to confirm my belief they treated me badly they sent me £50 to say sorry? Not needed if you treated me right! Sent out of guilt for sure
