There’s a program for mac called LMMS which you could give a try! It’s not too hard to learn, and it *can* use soundfonts, so long as you fiddle with the MIDI settings on your computer a bit

Kris's Team: 1) Aegislash (The obvious, but those deemed worthy by an Aegislash become great leaders) 2) Magerna (The Ability Soul Heart) 3) Dialga (The way to go back in time and he (I say he, because I believe Kris was canonically stated to be male but I could be wrong) is into dragons) 4) Bisharp (The ending of Deltarune, Chapter 1, and Bisharp are brutal leaders) 5) Solgaleo (He is called a Lightner) 6) Cobalion (A Pokemon who's very... willpower shatters others) If you are clever, you will notice all of Kris's team is Steel. That's because he seems very cold, emotionless, yet warrior-like.

Reminiscent of Susie's Axe, being like an executioner's axe.) 4) Tyrantrum (She's a Dinosaur, lawl) 5) Drampa (Doesn't have that many friends, but if the ones she does are harmed, She will do something veeery illegal to them) 6) Dragonite (As she progresses through the story, she becomes a bit more approachable, but still strong as ever) Ralsei's Team: 1) Gardevoir (Green Hair, emotionally centered, and, when it Mega Evolves, it looks like it has a heart on it's chest) 2) Shiny Clefable (Kinda looks like Ralsei without his hat) 3) Whimsicott (Floofy) 4) Mawile (Closest thing I could get to the Riverperson. Eerie, but kind under it's guise.) 5) Carbink (Well, he's a prince. I'd imagine he'd be rich.) 6) Floette, Red Flower (Coloration and he's based off Asreil. Take that as you will.) Lancer's Team: 1) Pancham (tries to act tough, but is a GIANT softie) 2) Riolu (Color matches, and also a Pokemon that acts tough, but is very cute. Also rides a bike and Lucario is Steel.) 3) Shiny Mahkuhita (Baby Santa Claus) 4) Stufful (Too Cute to be Strong) 5) Scraggy (A budding hoodlum) 6) Machop (Machop can overthrow large Boulders. Lancer "overthrew" his dad.)

I have made several ROM Hacks in the past, if you want some advices ask me 😉 So, first of all, do you use RPG Maker XP with the Pokémon Essentials Mod or something else like ESM, Advance Map, Pokétronic, others...? 1) I have a lot of experience with Pokémon Essentials and I recommend it a lot. Unfortunately it has been removed by Nintendo BUT you can find it on the internet and I even know an Italian KZbin channel (the one which made the stunning Pokémon Xenoverse Fangame) that, in some old videos, has the free download link in the description, RPG Maker included. Anyway, if you’re using RPGMXP with Pokémon Essentials you can use any .ogg or .mid/.midi/.MIDI file you want to use. There are plenty of free converters online. Just take this song file and, if it’s not already .ogg (and I think it is because Undertale and Deltarune have only .ogg files), convert it and put it in the BG folder. Then from the Debug menu, set it as the BG you want. 2) Others: I tried Advance Map and even tried to make something with Game Maker Studio 2 and hell if it was hard to code in C++ as a 14 years old boy who doesn’t even study coding but languages. Anyway, each program is different BUT one thing remains the same I think: the folder with music. So set in your game script in which room/battle should this music play and then move the file from Deltarune to your Hack Rom music folder. If the music doesn’t play, try to convert from .ogg to .mp4 or .wav. If it still doesn’t work, ask me and explain you problem. I hope I helped ya! When your game will be finished, write me, I like playing fangames, sometimes I even make gameplays of them in my other account. Good luck!
