I’m so jealous that you are having so delicious Thai dishes. This is what Thai people eat,a proper meals.Make me hungry now.I used to sell roti saimai when I was young.I saw a gut making it.He must have strong arm and resistance hands because the syrup is extremely hot and you have to do it quick. This is my favorite snack. When you are in Thailand we must try.

You are a champion!!! You found your way to the most well known dish of central Thailand. That is such an in-demand food in the country. Priced at around 1,200-1,800 Baht per kilogram, it's pretty expensive as well. It'sdefinitely a treat for thetaste buds.

Hey Luke....I also thought the saimai looked like dragon's beard candy where it's pulled & twisted into long thin strands and served with crushed peanuts on top. The roti is like the way popiah skin is made in Malaysia. Popiah is a wrap filled with stewed turnip, dried prawns, omelet, beansprouts, fried shallots, lettuce topped with a sweet & spicy chilli sauce. Try it when you are in Malaysia next.

The shrimp in Thailand are so big, and the auntie who cuts the shrimp is very skilled; That plate of fried rice looks very delicious, and it's really heroic to eat it with green onions; That kind of candy is indeed very similar to Dragon Beard Candy, which is more advanced; From the look on your face, that bowl of boat noodles must be very delicious, thanks for sharing!👍😃👏 泰國的蝦好大隻,切蝦的阿姨技術超棒的;那盤炒飯看起來很好吃,配蔥吃真是豪邁; 那種糖的做法確實與龍鬚糖很像,更高級;看你的表情那碗船麵一定很美味,謝謝你!

River prawns+Roti sai mai+Boat noodles=Perfect Thai food.I agree no need to use sauce a lot to preserve most natural taste.Big chunks of beef might be better than Kobe beef. Some people might argue, but i would say Thailand price and quality balance as well as deliciousness over Japanese food.I am glad boat noodles were included, really myself i havent tried roti sai mai a lot and i think only once or so,but you get the most authentic one, river prawns it is just mind blowing as well as Ayuthaya's boat noodles.Great food paradise video, looking forward for the next video.
