Thank you, I really appreciate this kind of episodes in which you go throughout the story line by line, for it's easier to remember new words and expressions listening to your explanations and examples rather than looking them up in a dictionary. 😊

I can remember back in 2012 or sth like that, a friend of mine with A1, simple basic knowledge in English had been listening to your podcast every day while he was on his way to the gym. After half a year, his English improved so much that he could lead a decent conversation. I was amazed, wow! Ever since then, I've been on and off the podcast. Good job, Luke!

According to the Oxford English Dictionary (OED), "tattoo" refers to a rhythmic beating or pulsing, similar to the continuous sound of a drum. It conveys the sense of something being repeatedly struck, thumped, or tapped; it also describes "devil's tattoo" specifically as the action of drumming or tapping one's fingers or other objects idly-often in an annoying way, or as an expression of impatience, irritation, or frustration. Thank You, dear Luke,

Luke at last l could find somewhere to thank you for your hearty teaching English . You know but still you may underscore how it is difficult for a non British to speak in a way that looks quite native . A struggle that may last longer than you may consider . What you have done add some minute Paint and finish to our continuous sense of belonging to a special dialect . Expressing is not the only goal we have the devil is in the details and you provide us with that teeny weeny adds on ! My compliments to you from Iran .😊
