In some behind the scenes videos from the Aquaman 2 set, Jason Momoa showed off his padded muscle suit which provided him with some impressive looking arms!
Jason is known for not enjoying working out in the gym, so he gleefully showed off the results of having big biceps without having to workout, calling out Chris Hemsworth at the same time.
Of course, Chris was quick to respond with his own video...

The power for that comes from fore arm strength and shoulder and triceps strength. Things Mamoa would have in spades due to his history of rock climbing. He doesn’t like weight lifting, but he is strong AF. Being his size and being able to free climb a wall with tiny finger holds is wild. Trust me, Hemsworth wouldn’t stand a chance.

Band has no resistance at the bottom of the rep and due to arm position - no effect at the top. You can get more resistance at the bottom by shortening the band, but the top is still pointless. To change that you need to attach the band differently, but I don't think that what we saw was supposed to be some type of a serious training)

He 100% works out. Just not in the traditional sense. Rock climbing does more for your biceps than machines at the gym ever could Source have done both. Started with one and gave it up because I saw how flawed it was. If we had new gym machines, that better suited each individuals body mechanics and allowed for deep stretch rather than compression, than yes. They may prove superior. But the natural world offers for optimal opportunity to grow. That’s why a qu’aman “doesn’t workout” but is clearly developed. He works out, just not by the means we’ve grown accustomed to
