just saw it cute guy, got the same emotion than when I was in this stadium in 2009... you translated the chorus but without understanding these very sad et poetic lyrics, and besides you seem to understand the essential of her art, it"s very impressive..... (for big emotions and amazing motion pictures, other fans told you to react to the entrance "Intro + Peut etre Toi", as me already, from the residence in Paris "Avant Que l'Ombre LIVE at Bercy, it's one of the biggest show never produced in Europe, maybe worldwide.... you may check this one my dear ;))

I "discovered" Mylene Farmer as a teenager in the 90s. Couldn't speak French, but could feel the emotions through the music. Didn't know anyone else who listened to her music, so was an outcast in terms of music too, as with much else... I 😉

Frenchman here. I was there. Although in my eyes, Mylene's absolute best concert will forever remain her first (in 1989) (if you want to know the "real" Mylene Farmer, check out that one, what she did from the mid-80's to the mid-90's), this one was one hell of an experience. Great reaction. Yes, the pianist is a killer.

Salut je viens de regarder l’intégrale de tes réactions sur Kate Bush qui est une artiste que j’admire depuis longtemps et très franchement une journée Mylène Farmer s impose d elle même je crois désolé d’écrire en français mais je préfère écrire correctement en français( encore que…) que n’importe comment en anglais j’espère que tu traduira je te conseille de regarder tous ses clips qui dans les années 80 étaient des court métrage de vrais chef d œuvre quand aux prestations live tu peux tirer au sort tout est parfait bonne découverte je te souhaite plein de vues et bravo pour tes goûts musicaux qui associés à ton âge semblent plutôt rare

Please watch the same song but from the 1989 live performance from "En Concert". Her facial expressions, the emotion in her singing, so much more powerful performance. Sorry but for me Mylene Farmer is until 1991 and especially the video clips from the first 2 albums and of course the legendary live "En Concert". She had this very dark depressive persona, with dark lyrics, E.A.Poe aesthetic. After that period, after the 3rd album, she changed completely from that amazing and unique dark persona to a more generic pop star, perhaps to follow the mainstream. To me, after that period, she feels almost like a whole different person, unfortunatelly. Everything by Mylene Farmer of 1984-1991, that is what you should be reacting firstly and maybe after that, the later periods.
