The hardware is in great condition, it's plack and has not tarnished or chipped. I use it almost daily and have for the last 6 months. Hope that helps!

Is the bag squishy or more structured?

I would say it's more on the structured side. I mean it's "squishy" in terms of the material and feel but it holds its shape well.

@@Mommyingthis absolutely it can squish into the stroller! I have the Nuna mixx and the backpack fits well in the carriage with room to spare without squishing it, but it is flexible in care you have to stuff it in a small space.

The Dagne Dover was awful. I like the wade, but the indi was weird. The buckles block the side pockets and it’s rly heavy. (I had the medium) tempted to buy this lulu now.

Oh wow! I will say the lululemon parent bag is a little heavy too, but that might just be because I over pack 😂 I say buy it, try it out and if you don't like it then you can always return it!
