I wish Lumary actually told us the CFM of the fan, and the dB. Lord knows all of us gamers know what our PC fans put out. I'm also in a small room, 9x8, and it gets warm with two computers on. I just got this on Amazon via a lightning deal for $130, so we'll see if it's sufficient. If Govee comes out with one of these that syncs with Dreamview or Razer Chroma, I'd probably sell my Lumary fan on the spot. All the recessed lights in my house are Lumary, and while I love them, the app needs work, as does the timer function.

So you spoke about the fan but didn't really speak much about the fan. I have an office about the same size and I currently have a fan like your old one. I'm concerned about the air flow and getting the same amount if I get this light. Can this fan acually do roughly the same thing? I mean I know it's not as wide/big but there are 6 speeds. Can this fan actually replace a traditional fan in terms of air flow and air feel? Please elaborate more on the fan aspect of this light, thanks.

It’s a more focused line of airflow so it won’t fill the room as much in terms of the angle but the top speed seems to be a little faster than my old fan so I would say it’s about 80% of the larger fan in terms of overall airflow. Being directly underneath this fan feel more intense than the other one and my desk sits close to that direct point so I’ve found I get chilly really quick with the highest speed.
