That's a fun use of Instagram. A quick and easy way to create a full screen green background is to take a screen shot of anything. Edit that with markup and choose your color and a large brush. Completely cover the screenshot with your new color and save it to your camera roll. The full screen color can also make a cool transition into a video by moving your phone up to the camera. Just be aware of glare on the phone lens.

You would need to key yourself out entirely or have something obstruting your feet/legs. Know beforehand what you're keying yourself onto and act accordingly during the shoot. Thanks for watching! The idea here is to create a video you can bring into LumaFusion, which is separate from the background graphics. Along with our Chromakey tools, you’ll also have full control of your layer, as opposed to simply fusing the foreground and background together in IG. Keyframe its movement, add effects or trim to the desired length - you give yourself more control of your edit in LumaFusion. Happy editing!
