I’m in The early stages of recovering from a herniated disc in my lower back and my chiropractor recommended these. I’ll give it a try!

Glad to hear your chiropractor is recommeding exercise! These are always a part of our low back rehab programs as well, when people are able to do them pain-free.

Probably not since this is a lower back exercise and not a neck exercise. You may want to try some of the neck exercises we have on our page though!

Can i do these exercises in lumbar disc buldge n lumbar retroleshesis

@@bobbyarora3113 You should be fine performing this exercise as long as it's pain-free. But of course, always check with your doctor/physical therapist first to make sure it's the right exercise for you.
