Yes, jail cells are much bigger than your student rack. However, that's WAY more space than we had on the submarines. And we had to call it home for up to 90 days. AND we had to breathe recycled farts. At least we didn't have to cook. Unless we were cooks, which I wasn't. Unless we were captured. The old joke is that if the Soviets ever captured one of us they would be mystified how our crew consisted of 103 cooks and 18 chaplains. You don't have to worry about that though.

I used to cook in the truck....way to hard to keep things clean so now it's either something I can microwave or something simple like a sandwich
