Trees reappearing from logs fixed but what ever spawned around stated. Can do building contracts now with pallets.

also cant do local investor quest as i cant do anything with pallets. they float when taking them off my truck and when i try to interact with them it says i cant afford them, even though they are my pallets that i brought to that work site... tons of bugs in this game that are simply game breaking.
