Depreciation factor is always greater than 1 The value 0.75 is the maintenance factor.... Which is inverse of the depreciation factor....

You have to fix by trial and error how many lamps you want to place in a horizontal row and a vertical row so that the space height ratio remains within 1.1 to 1.5.
