Lumi Ice Therapy Pod - Review

The miles are starting to add up and taking their toll on my legs as marathon training continues. To help, I decided to quite literally take the plunge and buy a LUMI 'Ice Therapy Pod'.
This kind of ice bath has been advertised all over my social media accounts, so I decided to share my experience, setting it up and trying it out for the first time. I was a little nervous being a bigger guy whether or not I'd be comfortable in one and if it would even work.
All thoughts here are my own and I have not been paid or sponsored to create the video by LUMI. I just hope it may be helpful to anyone thinking of buying one!

I do this every morning first thing while the kettle boils 😂. Do it first thing for the ultimate start to the day! Even got my 8yr old daughter doing it (Not for as long) and she's never been ready for school as quick 👍.

Is this where you tell me you have a fast boiling kettle too? 🤣 I'll have to remember to tell my daughter she's going in. I think she'd be ready for school before I'd even finished my sentence!

@@kingy1204 we have a somewhat on and off relationship 😅 I use it predominantly for recovery after long runs. Hoping to use it more regularly in 2025
