Can this be available as a non dental printer? A DLP system would be really nice to have in the consumer space.

Almost all consumer resin printers are DLP, so what do you mean

There are a couple of DLP printers, the Mars 4 DLP and Anycubic Photon D2. I'm not aware of any others.

What does DLP mean and how it differs from (M)SLA printing?

the term is used for a specific way to bring the light onto the printing area. SLA printers use a constant light source and a monochrome screen that is darkened where no voxel is supposed to be. DLP uses mirror(s) to direct the light where the voxel is supposed to be. SLA resolution is limited by light scattering (among other things), DLP is generally slower as it creates 1 voxel at a time, but also more accurate and thus has the potential for higher resolution.
