Thank you William for taking the time to give us some valuable insight into the new Luminar Neo. Already right off the bat you answered my first question without even having to ask. Where to find how to edit a single image rather than having to open an entire folder. Thank you! Looking forward to your future videos and guidance to learn the new Neo.

I'm glad it helped! Shout if you have other questions.

IMO luminar neo just fail, not much from luminar ai, it renders very slow, this probably for young people uploading for social media but for real work is not close to Lightroom or Photoshop

@@elwelkin I'm actually very pleased with AI and will be glad when Neo catches up and surpasses AI. I would never subject myself to 'subscribing' out to any program such as Photoshop. To each their own, but I rather own something outright than be subject to constant increases in subscription pricing.

Hi, Ed. Yes, there's a lot to unpack. Clearly some more features to come in updates, too.

I was told you could change the background in an image with NEO. how is that supposed to be done because for the life of me I cant seem to figure out how..
@WilliamBeemPhotography2 жыл бұрын
Hi Chris. That is one of the features promised for Luminar Neo and it's apparently coming out in one of the planned updates. It's not here yet, which is why you can't find it.

Isn't it best to export files in TIFF rather than JPG? I am assuming that JPG tends to compress images. Thanks William.
@WilliamBeemPhotography2 жыл бұрын
That depends upon your purpose. If you want an archival copy with all of your edits, I think a TIFF is best. For a file you want to use online, space is a big consideration and compression with a JPG saves space.

Where is the AI Augmented Sky? I do not see it in Luminar Neo.
@mard69562 жыл бұрын
it should be under creative, right under ( relight )
@WilliamBeemPhotography2 жыл бұрын
Hi, Gary. It's not there. Likewise, the perspective controls aren't in Crop AI, either. I'm expecting them to come in a planned update, but we don't have a schedule for their release.
@WilliamBeemPhotography2 жыл бұрын
HI, Mar. That's Sky AI under Relight AI. Sky AI replaces and manages the sky, but the Augmented Sky feature lets you place objects in the sky, like a balloon. That doesn't seem to be here yet.
