Though I love the prospect of Dipper in heels both just aesthetically pleasing and it pulls from the lack of power he feels being hidden in his sister's shadow. As heels typically have a confidence boosting effect and no doubt he is confident

Alright I have to say it. Dipper looked good in that dress. plus in 1:53 he kinda looks like he bout to flash some ppl. but them heels tho, ROCK EM FAM. side note I understand the story a bit less than before in this one.
