I was always told that when reading a fortune cookie to add the words "in bed" at the end of the fortune. I don't know where the tradition comes from but on this particular fortune it's a very curious outcome.

While the packaging is nice, I had my least favorite coffee from them this year. Makes you wonder... Glad to see you try them tho.

Yeah, the other one is a lot better, the packaging is cool, but their experimentation and coffees can be a bit out there at times. Curious to see what happens with them going forward because that area desperately needs a good roaster

Really hard to identify before tasting this kind of coffees in this time. Currently tasting 2 coffees from the same roaster a Honey Process Colombian that is super fermented and strong and for me taste like sh** :D, and a Natural Anaerobic "RED PLUM" from el paraiso that is super clean and lovely.

Yes. At least in store you might have an idea by smelling a bag, but even honey processed coffees have become really heavy. Some of those El Paraiso coffees have been so clean while some are ridiculously funky. Such a tricky time for branching out....
