3ds max is amazing if you go in depth with the software, it also handles high poly a lot better than sketchup.😊 I just happen to like Sketchup because it's so easy and intuitive. I also dont know 3ds max that well😂 I do want to try Unreal Engine 4 though! It looks like it could be the future of archviz😉

Lumion looks great, but for its price, is it worth? I heard that theres no Ambient Occlusion on it, and the GI calculation is not that good.

There's omnishadow, which is similar to creating Ambient Occlusion in other softwares. Now using Hyperlight and Skylight effect also help light your render better too.😄 I created a video on using Styles to render. You can check that out ^.^

Pretty cool video, ha :D. But honestly i don't like lumion only bcz of the renders. Lumion Renders looks like a screenshot from Farcry 5. I am using it only for video presentation sometimes. Vray + 3DS Max or SketchUp is the best for me.

Sure! I mean I love vray myself.😄 some people use Lumion because of its speed and huge library. Also it's getting easier to create effects like snow and rain which is harder in other softwares😊
