Mft is never an issue unless you shoot a lot in lowlight since even modern mfts are usable up to 6400 with nr , 3200 without

@@georgefromgreece4119Yeah it’s easy for people to forget Lumix released a camera with 4k 10bit 422 all-i and long hop and 4k 8bit 60fps, raw over hdmi, waveform, shutter angle, peaking, etc before Sony released the a7iii (a camera that could only shoot 8 bit and 4k at 30fps only) and the big 2 hadn’t even made a mirrorless camera yet. Features in the gh5 are only just now getting caught up to by other brands. They’ve always been the trailblazers

Great video. One of my favorites on the GH7! One thought though- why not just remove the little dangly things since they annoy you so much? They come right off and you still have the little anchor loop to use. I've got my GH7 on preorder. Maybe it'll come this week :) Oh, IMHO, one of the main reasons I like M4/3 is for the smaller, lighter and sometimes less expensive lenses...

Thank you! I didn't know I was able to remove the little dangly things that easily lol Good bye then lol

This camera is very underrated. I would buy it if it only had one more option to shot 4:3 in 120 fps 4K or higher resolution. This is the only thing missing. I hope Panasonic updates that in firmware. It also can be limited time recording.

At first I felt quite stuck about not seeing much videos talking about g9ii but thinking of like g9ii gh7 they have the same sensor, and g9ii pretty much could do 95% of what gh7 could do but more photography oriented Glad to see your talking about m43 ~~~

Yeah, it was first time to use and make a video about it, but it was fun and now I like this camera so much! And another great thing is this new camera allows me to meet new kinds of people!

Subscriber here. Love your videos! For someone without a LUMIX camera, would you suggest the S5IIX and some of their 1.8 primes or the GH7 and a couple zooms like the 10-25 and 25-50? Thank you!

If you are new to Lumix, I recommend S5IIX and 24mm F1.8

This GH7 is definitive for those approaching fast and independent film production, like me. But its low-light performance still scares me, and fixing that would be expensive. Opinions?
@MinhNguyen-ut6ue6 ай бұрын
Using very fast lenses and a speed booster could fix the low light problem of MFT sensors. And some noise reduction in post production.

That feature make us willing to learn lighting:)

Nothing will scare you as long as you rely on yourself✌️
@YaYousef56 ай бұрын
One thing to be aware of is it isn't just low light that's tough for MFT. It's all shadows/dark areas. You can see in this video at 15:57, look at Kensei's forehead and shadow area under his hat, and at his eyes. There's quite a bit of noise going on there and he's in direct sunlight. You're not going to see that kind of noise with FF cameras.
How is the 4.4k 4.3 mode? This would be my favorite mode but then i saw its pixel to pixel. Do you think image quality is worse in this mode?
