Luna Lightsworn FTK Takes Over Duelist Cup! | Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel

PLEASE READ!! Why go second and OTK my opponent when I can go first and FTK them instead, am I right? Decklist: www.masterduelmeta.com/saved-decks/67672760f2bd88b9a10afcd0 So to make a long story short, I was shown a decklist by one of the Lightsworn helpers on the Master Duel Meta Discord, Nelyx (who is featured in the video and is the creator of this FTK build as well as my Lightsworn mentor) and he told me very quickly how to use it... and once I saw the guu, that was all I needed to see. I very quickly learned it with some struggles and took it to Duelist Cup 2nd Stage to test it but how exactly does it work you say? Allow Nelyx to explain it! Mill a bunch of cards, make Boreastorm or Immortal Dragon as soon as you've got materials for them while still being able to mill more Mill the rest of your deck Make Diabell Synchro, add Primal Seed Seyfert effect add Chaos Emperor Dragon to hand, then special summon it Snow effect to banish your second copy of Primal Seed, Tremendous Fire & Banisher of Light Make Dis Pater with Black Feather + Lv 2Tuner to special summon Banisher from banish pile (Optional: Dugares can summon Banisher from GY, so Black Feather could be used for The Zombie Vampire instead of Diabell) Loop Primal Seed by adding Primal Seed + Tremendous Fire (Banisher of Light keeps banishing the Seed and Burn Spell you activate) and that's FTK. As an alternative FTK against Maxx C, you do the same but use Diabel eff to recover Card Destruction from GY and deck them out. Lightsworn Wulf/Felis would tend to disagree with consistent. Those things are absolute hard bricks, you never want to draw them lol the FTK isn't consistent especially not compared to the Aero Shark one. That's why the deck has a back up FTK w/ Card Destruction vs Maxx C challenges. Thanks for watching!

As a fellow (Casual) Lunalight player irl I don't know whether to be proud at this diabolical FTK or to look on in horror... Thank god I didn't encounter this withmy Speedroids climbing to DLV MAX. But good job bro.

You can be proud while also acknowledging it's a very disgusting tactic lol. I did this only in 2nd Stage though, I did DLV MAX with a normal build + White Forest.

And it was pretty smooth till DLV 17, then I bounced between 19 and 18 for a bit and the only way I got MAX was selling my soul and getting Kashtira Unicorn. (Originally I used Windwitch) Hopefully I can hit Master 1 with them too. Though I can definitely better my decklist.

Okay i know your entire channel is built on Lunalight but still Lunalight isn't really doing anything in this deck and really any deck can be called an FTK if they do this and I'm able to say this because I've been FTK'd by a light sworn, Fairy tail-snow and Submersible Carrier Aero Shark (also within the duelist cup) and that deck had the same strategy of banishing their entire deck

This is just so incorrect, it’s crazy. Lunalights can be used as starters but are mainly extenders for the deck if you don’t mill any or enough Lightsworn names since it still nets you XYZ Minerva, Dugares and most importantly Bujintei Kagutsuchi since they are beast warriors and has good level synergy for Synchros. It also synergizes in general with Snow cause of Snow banish Chick effect is clutch while procing effects like Necro Shinobi for going second (not in this deck but more standardized build). The Aero Shark FTK is more consistent as far as FTKs go (I have been on the end of it) and more popularized without needing any additional packages but you are nitpicking just for the sake of nitpicking. Both FTKs rely on looping specific cards from banish pile. I can do Manticore of Darkness loop which Lunalight also helps enable if the opponent Maxx Cs but that’s just another loop. “Any deck can be called an FTK if they do this” Yes, because it’s an actual FTK. I also did Lunalight Catapult Turtle FTK on my channel and there used to be a Tri Brigade FTK that Lunalight also helped enable back in the day. It ain’t that deep smh.

@royalvandyke well I'm not really an ftk person more of a comeback type of guy and the most ftk I've indulged in is exodia (barely) so I don't know much about ftk's so if you say I'm wrong then I'll accept that I'm wrong

@ I don’t really support FTKs outside of Exodia (cause it’s nostalgic) but tons exist so it is what it is. I learned of a Raidraptor FTK like a few hours ago and there’s a HERO FTK with Destiny End Dragoon (or whatever the name of the fusion of Plasma and Dogma is). Just highlighting stuff for my viewers when I can but this type of stuff won’t be a mainstay on my channel, too cheesy and inconsistent.
