A lot of head-scratching to get the airbrakes working well but I think they turned out ok, cheers.

Great the way you designed the air brakes Cliff, so simple yet brilliant!! Truly a work of art 😀👍

Clever stuff with the air brakes. You should be working for NASA!

Engineering Masterclass Cliff, that wing looks very technical. Always good to have a ITFF mug all week. 😊

Quite some engineering going on there. A lot of different points to take into account for future projects. Nice touch with the card hidden in the wing!

Cliff the Airbrakes are nice. Have you thought about the force of the air on the Airbrake when deployed? Looking forward to seeing the next episode. Careful watching THAT live stream. 🙄🙄🤣🤣 Let's Go Building Jeff in LA USA

Thanks Jeff, the force of the air could be exciting, I'll mount a camera looking down the wing for a birds-eye view of how it operates! Cheers.

Ohhhh it’s coming on Cliff. Damn it’s starting to look good. Not going with the scale upper/lower reciprocal air brake then? Okay. I thought that would be right up your avenue to be honest. This will do the job though I guess. Have you thought about splitting the control surface and having split aileron crow braking? I don’t know what I’m talking about anyway Cliff, you’ve got a heck of a lot more experience with these things than I have. It’s great fun though, figuring out how it’s all going to work. Breach a leg Mate. It’ll be great when it’s done.

The airbrake on the plan seems overly complex, besides it's always fun to change things up a bit. Where we fly there is gorse and stones, the lads suggest not having brakes coming out of the bottom of the wings during to the risk of having them torn out! Cheers.

Hello Cliff Harvey! It's taken a few hours and days to build the glider. My compliments for your patience! But how heavy can a glider like this be? Greetings from Lübeck, Germany

Hi CP, the plan says the auw is around 6.5lb but we'll see, it comes out at what it comes out as 🙂👍
