It is so interesting that Lunar likes this flower because this flower actually has a common theme of death, painful memories, grieving, and sometimes reincarnation!! I feel like if earth was a human, or if they can do this now (as an animatronic) they would definitely take a liking to roller skating and volleyball. Also cheerleading, they would definitely find a way to cheer for the volleyball team, but also play at the same time. And it would be so awesome! I would love to know what all of the characters favorite like sports or games are :)

I think it may have been a corpse flower. They bloom once every few years and smell like either rooting meat or fish.

Those flowers that smell like death and rot are literally called corpse flowers And idk if this is just a coincidence, but spider lillies have some kinda sad symbolism(I can't remember what exactly) so it's odd how that's Lunar's favorite EDIT: I relearned what the spider lilly symbolism means, it's death.

I believe Earth was talking about Bradford pear trees! The smell accumulates from an abundance of mixed chemicals when they blossom. Really interesting!

6:30 The trees that smell like rotten fish are Bradford pears. They were supposed to be good for decorating but for several reasons they wound up being an awful choice but they're all over and they STINK TO HIGH HEAVEN in the spring. Like if you've never smelled one, you're lucky. They REEK!

i would like to add since i don't know if anyone else wrote this but The red spider lily is often linked with sad memories, such as last goodbyes or the death of a loved one. and its a bit ironic that this is also luners favorite flower, and also certain Chinese and Japanese Buddhist traditions believe that these flowers help lead spirits through the afterlife and into reincarnation, which is even more ironic just thought to point this out since i thought it was well. . . ironic

They come in different types of colors and each one represents something. Red Spider Lilys represent Death and the Cycle of Rebirth. While Blue Spider Lilys represent Truth and Calm Energy.
